A wonderful source of clean heat for heating/melting the wax in your kistka, heating your Drop-Pull Pin, or for removing/melting the wax off of you finished pysanka. Will NOT leave soot marks (which can mar your pysanka when using a regular candle).

Denatured Alcohol:
Use only denatured alcohol in you alcohol lamp (not included, but readily available in hardware or home improvement stores). IT is the only fuel that will burn efficiently without sputtering. *Note - it is possible to use other fuels (ie isopropyl alcohol), but your results may not be as good (intensity of flame may be less; sputtering may occur).


The best wick:
The included wick is extra thick with an internal core to give you a bigger, brighter flame than most alcohol lamps. A bigger, more durable wick means the flame itself is larger and outputs more heat. *Note- the height of the flame can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the wick in the opening. I find the ideal flame height is 1/2 to 1 inches.

The lamp is 3 inches diameter and 4 inches tall with cap on. It holds 120 ml or 4 oz.

Each lamp comes packaged in its own box.
Liquid not included. 

Safety:
Use the snuffer cap to put out the flame when it is not being used (do not attempt to blow out).
Always have a fire extinguisher close by when working with open flame.
